These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in the 50% new client offer. By using the site or submitting the registration form, you agree to these terms.

1. The offer

Offer valid for new clients only at participating studios. Discount applies to the first appointment only and may apply to selected services. Not valid with any other offer. Patch tests may be required for colour services. Deposits may apply for longer or colour appointments. Offer is subject to availability.

2. How the service works

We act as an introduction service. When you register, we aim to match you with a participating hair studio based on your area, preferred service, and availability. The participating studio is responsible for confirming, providing, and delivering the appointment and the discount.

3. Appointments and discounts

  • Appointments are subject to the participating studio's availability.
  • The discount is applied by the studio at your first appointment for eligible services.
  • Some services may require a consultation or patch test beforehand.
  • Cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit terms are set by the individual studio.

4. Eligibility

You must be a new client of the matched studio and meet any age or service requirements set by that studio. You confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to submit them.

5. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation. We may withdraw access where these terms are breached.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide an introduction service and are not party to the appointment contract between you and the studio. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the services delivered by participating studios, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, other than as required by law.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
